If you lose or misplace your Voting PIN, and/or are experiencing difficulties casting your ballot, please call the Voting Support Call Center at 1-888-454-3230.
To verify your identity, the call center will ask you for your AA Employee ID Number as well as a unique APA Identifier Code. Your APA Identifier Code can be retrieved by logging into the APA website and selecting
“Member Update.” Your APA Identifier Code will be at the bottom of the paze.
The Support Call Center will be staffed by APA’s election vendor from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT on every day of the voting period for each round of the election; on the last full day of each round, the call center will remain open until 10:00 p.m. CDT.
