To verify your identity, the call center will ask you for your AA Employee ID Number as well as a unique APA Identifier Code. Your APA Identifier Code can be retrieved by logging into the APA website and selecting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Support Call Center will be staffed by APA’s election vendor from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT on every day of the voting period for each round of the election; on the last full day of each round, the call center will remain open until 10:00 p.m. CDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
